the alloy studio soundscape
The electronic genre is often misunderstood as a non-communicative form of music, which is untrue. If you listen intently, you can capture the different feelings, ideas, stories, environments, and even people that the artist is conveying through sounds. With an expansive mind and ear, you can appreciate the intricacies of electronic music similarly to perfume.
"Music has been a creative outlet and tool for me since I was young. As an ex band kid (a percussionist of course), it has been a way for me to escape into sound and express myself. I think it is so important to engage as many of the senses as possible when you are creating anything, so while making perfume I allow the music to shape my imagination and expand the unique worlds i'm building with scent. The alloy radio is the seasonal soundtrack of my work in the studio, I hope you can connect with it and feel whisked away by sound like I do."
My roots, imagination, and overall being make my gravitation towards electronic music, so it's only fair that I imbue this sonic love into the perfumes I create. Balancing notes, parallel to musicians.
